We are truly ecstatic with our entire home selling experience with Ken Schwartz from Century 21. We interviewed multiple realtors from different brokerages, and from the beginning Ken stood out for a few reasons. He has a truly intimate knowledge of our neighborhood (Allied Gardens / Del Cerro). His marketing is exceptional and utilizes print, online, social media, and even a YouTube video of our home. He also has an incredibly calm demeanor, and despite the expected and unexpected stresses of selling a home, he kept his cool and put us at ease throughout the transaction. We listed our home higher than we expected AND we received an offer over asking price after our first open house weekend! Our home list to close of sale date was only 28 days, pretty astonishing even in a hot market like San Diego! If you are looking to sell or buy a home in San Diego, especially if it’s in the 92120 or surrounding areas, you should absolutely hire Ken to be your realtor, he’s amazing!

We feel very lucky that Ken was recommended to us to help find our new home in San Diego. He ended up working with us for quite a while, as it took longer than expected to sell our home and be ready to buy. Ken was patient and encouraging, always willing to help in any way during the process. We ended up looking at many, many homes over the months. Ken was helpful and informative with advice on improvements and costs with various fixer homes we looked at. His engineering background and knowledge of home construction came in handy. We finally found our dream home and offer was accepted. Ken was our champion through the inspection and improvement process, making sure all the repairs were completely done and the home was ready for us at the end. He's very detail oriented, which we appreciated. And importantly, he's communicative and responsive through every step, along with being such a nice guy. We highly recommend Ken to help your home dreams come true.

Ken really helped me through a difficult & complex moving experience, involving a family home with joint tenents. I was long distance most of the time, but he was readily available to answer all my questions. Ken found me qualified help when needed and was able to supervise things when I wasn't available. His ideas on marketing were spot on. And, he walked me through the negotiation process and escrow with the utmost patience. Highly recommend!

Ken Schwartz made the sale of my home a very positive experience. He communicated with me every step of the way. He knows the market and is an astute negotiator, a real professional.

I had a superb experience with Ken and highly recommend him! After my father passed away, I was in charge of selling his house—and my childhood home. Ken was highly sensitive to the emotions around the sale, while also being incredibly pragmatic and honest. I don't live in San Diego, so he helped orchestrate the pre-market work that needed to be done on the house. He answered all of my questions, listened to and even used some of my recommendations, making the experience feel collaborative while being led by an expert. Ken is super responsive, and rarely did I have to wait for more than a couple hours for an email, text or call, especially as we got closer to putting the house on the market. He's kind, thoughtful, and calming while also being a strong advocate through what can be an intense process. Call him!

About Ken

I understand that buying or selling a home often comes with real emotional weight, and I take that seriously in every transaction I handle. Whether you're navigating a straightforward sale or a situation with added complexity — distance, family circumstances, or timing that doesn't go as planned — I'm committed to being honest, available, and steady throughout the process. Clients tell me they value that I communicate consistently and that they always feel they can trust what I'm telling them. That kind of relationship is what I aim to build with everyone I work with.
